How do you price a move?
The price is built from volume, the number of delicate items, packing level, distance, unpacking and the declared insurance value. The inventory quote gives you an estimated range; the final quote is itemised after the survey.
Is the survey free?
Yes. On-site and video surveys are free and non-binding.
How does transit insurance work?
A declared value is set for general household goods as a whole and for art and antiques piece by piece. Cover is based on that value and the excess is stated clearly in the quote.
Do we need to be at home?
No. We can carry out the move on your behalf with a key handover record and approval by video call.
Who are the crew?
Moves are carried out by our own salaried crews: a crew chief, packers and movers on every job, with dedicated specialists for art and pianos.
How do you protect our privacy?
Every crew member signs a confidentiality undertaking. Photos of your home stay in your move file only, and a separate NDA can be signed on request.
