Assurance
Insurance & inventory
Transit insurance is based on the value you declare, while the inventory shows what was moved, in which condition and in which box. Together they settle any issue without argument.

Declared value
You declare one value for general household goods and piece-by-piece values for delicate items such as artworks, antiques, pianos and wine collections. The premium is calculated on this total and shown as a separate line in the quote.
Excess
The excess is the amount deducted from a claim. It varies by type of item and is written clearly in the quote. Rates shown on this site are examples; actual policy terms depend on the insurer the company works with.
Room-by-room inventory
- Every room is photographed at the survey
- Condition reports under light for delicate pieces
- A QR label on every box, linked to its room
- Box status in your file: packed, loaded, delivered
- A signed delivery record against the same list
If something is damaged
Report it through the damage form in your move file, with photos. Your consultant replies the same day and starts repair, replacement or an insurance claim, with every step recorded in your file.
